Craving comfort food without the guilt? No worries! Here’s on of my top 10 all time favorite recipes: Spag Squash Alfredo! Cook the spaghetti squash by cutting it in half (lengthwise) scoops of the innards, drizzle EVOO and then bake until tender.

Typically I add in some protein like chicken, shrimp, or beef and pair it with a BudLight Seltzer (1 carb by the way) and indulge guilt free.
