This Holiday season eat all the comfort food you’ve been craving, without the guilt! We all want to indulge in the delicious meals our families gather around, but somehow after every meal, every year, we are left feeling slightly guilty. Here’s one of my favorite guilt free favorite recipes that will help keep you losing weight: Spaghetti Squash Alfredo! Cook the spaghetti squash by cutting it in half (lengthwise) scoops of the innards, drizzle EVOO and then bake until tender. (Don’t know how to start a low carb diet? Click here) Typically I add in some protein like chicken, shrimp, or beef and pair it with a Bud Light Seltzer (1 carb by the way) and indulge guilt free.   Best. Feeling. Ever.
